Leadership Washington County (Maryland) is tasked with providing programs and opportunities that enhance the quality of life here in Washington County by enhancing the quality of its leaders. This is accomplished by giving participants a chance to explore, up close and personal, the issues that challenge our community. By encouraging alliances, creating networking opportunities and by tapping into the talents, the intellectual capital, the passion and commitment of the area’s best and brightest, the Washington County Leadership Development Program, Inc. has programs to connect and capitalize on the leadership potential that exists here in the Greater Hagerstown area and beyond.
