Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions. Some researchers suggest that emotional intelligence can be learned and strengthened, while other claim it is an inborn characteristic. A number of testing instruments have been developed to measure emotional intelligence, althought the content and approach of each test varies. Score Comment
14 – 27 This implies that you have difficulty expressing their own emotions and feel uncomfortable around the emotional displays of other people.

56 - 70 This implies that you are adept at dealing with social or emotional conflicts, expressing your feelings, and dealing with emotional situations
